Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, enquiries and use of the Prestige United Co. website.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and stock availability. If an obvious pricing, stock or technical error occurs, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

Online Retail Orders

Online retail purchases are processed through the website using the payment and delivery options made available at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Wholesale, Institutional & Customized Orders

Wholesale, institutional, teamwear and customized orders are governed by the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or contract, including any agreed advance payment, delivery schedule, customization approval and commercial conditions. Unless otherwise stated in writing, customized or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange.

Customization & Intellectual Property

Customers requesting printing, numbering, names, logos, marks or artwork confirm that they have the right to use the materials supplied and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless a written quotation or contract expressly confirms a fixed date. International shipping, customs duties, taxes and import requirements may vary by destination and may be payable by the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns & Defects

Eligible returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the store policy and applicable mandatory consumer requirements. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting details.

Website Use
