Shipping & Delivery

Kuwait in-stock online orders: we aim to deliver within 48 hours after order confirmation, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, working days and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Wholesale, institutional and customized orders: production and delivery timing depends on quantity, customization and supplier availability. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or contract, the target delivery period is within 21 days from receipt of the first payment.

International orders: worldwide shipping is available to supported destinations. International delivery times, freight charges, customs duties, taxes and import requirements vary by destination and may be payable by the customer unless the quotation states otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a written quotation or contract expressly confirms a fixed date.

Returns & Exchanges

For eligible consumer purchases in Kuwait, return and exchange requests are handled in accordance with applicable Kuwait consumer protection requirements. The item must generally be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase and within the applicable period.

As a general store policy, eligible standard items may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase or receipt, subject to applicable law and the condition of the product.

Customized, printed, numbered, named or specially ordered products are made to customer specifications and may not be eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange, except where required by applicable law, or where the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or does not match the confirmed order.

Products must not be worn, washed, altered or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Original packaging, labels and accessories should be retained where applicable.
